Nestrans, supported by the North East Bus Alliance partners, are conducting a bus passenger satisfaction survey across the north east. This research aims to understand the current bus passenger experience of bus services within both local authority areas of Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire.
Between Monday 30 October and Sunday 3 December, AECOM will be conduct interviews on behalf of Nestrans with members of the public at specified public transport locations, local town centres and on-street locations across the North East of Scotland. In undertaking the surveys we are looking to gain an accurate picture of current bus passenger satisfaction with the bus network in the region. This will enable Nestrans and the North East Bus Alliance partners to plan more effectively for the future.
