To provide a safe walking and wheeling route to and from school for pupils
To encourage more pupils to walk or wheel to and from school
To help to promote a shift away from the private car
This project aims to signpost safe walking routes to school by the use of thermoplastic footsteps on the ground on routes that have been checked to ensure that they provide safe, traffic-free routes for pupils to get to and from school.
