Press release from Aberdeen City Council: As part of the Council’s response to Phase 1 of the Scottish Government’s Route Map for easing COVID-19 restrictions, we are working with partners, including NHS Grampian, to allow activity to safely resume in the city centre. Work is starting tomorrow (Saturday 30 May) on widening pavements to allow for better physical distancing for pedestrians. Getabout, the sustainable travel brand, today (Monday 28th October) launched their new Park and Ride website for users in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. The site covers the five park and ride locations in the north east including Bridge of Don, Craibstone, Ellon, Kingswells and Newtonhill. Bus service 727 goes 24/7

Nestrans welcomes the news that Stagecoach JET service 727 will now be running 24 hours a day, the first of its kind in Aberdeen. Nestrans, the Regional Transport Partnership for the North East of Scotland, have released their monitoring report for 2019. The monitoring report is designed to show progress against the objectives of the Regional Transport Strategy (RTS) which is delivered by Nestrans and its partners.
