Councillor Alan Turner appointed as chair of Nestrans
Councillor Alan Turner has been appointed as the new chair of Nestrans. The chair will lead the Regional Transport Partnership, as work continues to deliver the 20-year vision for travel in the north east. Councillor Turner is a member of Aberdeenshire Council representing Stonehaven and Lower Deeside and serves as chair of the council’s Infrastructure Services Committee. The new chair was appointed last week (Wednesday 20 September) at the September meeting of the Nestrans board.
